As a new mother, I know just how crazy our lives can be. The freedom we once had to go to the gym or attend group fitness classes becomes especially difficult when there is a little one to look after. Add in sleep deprivation, and it can seem almost impossible to find time for yourself, let alone time to exercise!
I’ve spent 10 years in the fitness industry teaching classes and managing studios and fitness has always been a big part of my life. It wasn’t until I had my first baby that I saw my workout routine really challenged.
